How this site is used
- The site is informational: it explains who we are, how we work and how to request an assessment.
- When you fill in a form, share only your own data or that of someone who has given you permission.
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to send messages that are not a genuine inquiry.
Requesting an appointment through this site
Submitting the booking form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request: it is not yet a confirmed appointment and does not start a doctor patient relationship. The team will contact you to confirm the date and time.
No program or treatment is purchased through this site. What suits you is defined by the medical assessment, and before any procedure you sign your informed consent.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, let us know on WhatsApp or by phone as soon as possible.
The information on this site does not replace a consultation
The content of this site and its journal is general, guiding and educational. It is not a diagnosis or a medical recommendation, and it does not replace an assessment by a physician who knows your case.
Every person responds differently. We do not promise cures or guaranteed results: what to expect from each treatment is explained by the physician during your consultation.
Medical aesthetic treatments and medical procedures may carry risks, contraindications and side effects. They are explained during the assessment, before any procedure.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency service. This site and our messages do not handle emergencies.
