01 · The consultation

Your face is assessed before it is treated.

Most disappointing aesthetic results trace back to treatment that began without proper assessment.

A proper consultation looks at how your face moves, not only how it sits at rest. It considers proportion, volume distribution, skin quality, and what is actually causing the concern you arrived with—which is frequently not what you expected. Sometimes the answer is a smaller intervention than you imagined. Sometimes it is a different one entirely.

02 · The approach

Restraint is the technique.

Natural results come from placing less product more precisely, and from knowing when to stop.

Overfilled faces are not the result of too much skill; they are the result of treating volume as the goal rather than proportion. We plan conservatively, treat in stages where staging serves the result, and reassess between sessions. You can always add. Reversing is slower, more expensive and not always complete.

03 · Saying no

Declining is part of the service.

Not every request should be treated, and a clinic that never says no is telling you something.

If what you are asking for will not produce the result you want, you will hear that during the consultation rather than after the treatment. If the underlying concern is better addressed another way, we will say so. This costs us procedures and keeps our results consistent—a trade we make deliberately.
